Action Radio 3/18/24, Illegals Have No Rights Here, Because They Can't BE HERE!

A recent court decision which we shall go over with both Jonathon Moseley in The Legal Report, and John Delmonico with our new Crime Report. First we'll get the legal opinion on this blatantly illegal opinion from Jonathon, and then I'll ask John what this will mean for crime if illegals are given American Constitutional Rights to which they aren't allowed.

Let me make this simple. Federal law prohibits people from being in the country illegally. Therefore they are non-persons as far as the law is concerned because they have no status here by definition. They aren't citizens, obviously, they aren't immigrants because that requires a legal process, they aren't on student or work visas, and they aren't tourists who crossed legally at a point of entry.

It is irrational to say people who can't be here, have rights of citizenship here. The Constitution is very clear. In the very first sentence it says: "We the People of the United States!" Not we the people, we the people of the world, all people, or any other such nonsense. Full constitutional rights are only available to citizens, partial rights to permanent residents, and some criminal provisions for visa holders and tourists. Illegal aliens however HAVE NO RIGHTS HERE!

Anyone else curious how this affects gun control and gun bans on Americans, which is also illegal?
