Council Tax: Challenged and Concurred

This video/audio presentation captures the essence of my conflict with the Council regarding the Council Tax issue. Instead of receiving a Liability order from the magistrates court, I was served what was termed as the Notice of Liability by the Council. In response, I initiated legal action against both the Magistrates and the Council through an Administrative Court judicial review, seeking the justice that seemed absent. Subsequently, I pursued the case to the Appeal Court, and despite the judge's ruling not being in my favour, I ultimately emerged victorious in the buttle.
