Here, I talk about how it's so hard for us to stop being uptight and express ourselves, being more carefree.

And it's not just about forcing yourself to be carefree in any given situation; but to understand the underlying causes that are causing you to be so uptight. This is mainly due to several components of trauma that we have experienced over the years of growing up into an adult.

When we recognize them, it is easier to let go of them and then it's easier to start being carefree. So here, I explain how you can do that and start being more carefree naturally, instead of trying to think about switching from uptight to carefree.
