Pantydroppers Lemon Ginger Pecan Mead

Tonight I am making Lemon Ginger Pecan Mead. I do not have a recipe or anything, I am just storing these together, impulsively. Hopefully I get around to remembering to do a tasting in a couple months. We'll see. By the way, for those who are unaware, the name of my operation has been Pantydroppers Vineyards Orchards and Fields for nearly the past 30 years ever since I won my first award for my wine. Not that I would know, personally. I am Monk and have been with little interruption for the past 20 plus years. I have only heard good things about it, though, and hence, the name.
