Police Chief TWEAKING! - Body Language

Jacksonville Beach Police Chief brief on Shootings. I’ve been around people tweaking from METH. *Unfortunately*
Many comments in the original video said he has a “medical condition.” I beg to differ.

This is my own opinion and observation.

My first thought was… he was tweaking…then the EGO cranked up and I thought that maybe he had Parkinson’s (always trust your very first thought) but watching him scratch himself and then taking the tattoos of Satanism into consideration and how he held up the 666 finger sign so many times.. I’m convinced. He needs scrutiny- STAT
