Official Decree of the Holy Apostolic See of Rome (in exile), by His Holiness Pope Jacobus I, declaring ANATHEMA the invalid “Sacrament of Penance” of the heretics, in their illegitimate fraudulent assemblies, and declaring proper constraints on this very important Sacraments, in harmony with, and in addition to, the Decrees of the Council of Trent, Session 14, On the Sacrament of Penance (Pope Julius III, 25 November, 1551 AD), and in addition to the constraints of Canon 2314, and 873, and 188,#4, 1917 Code of Canon Law, to establish the proper doctrine and declaring firm condemnation of the errors and fraudulent inventions of the IPSO FACTO (and declared by this Holy See) excommunicated heretics.

But if anyone would have the temerity to try to refute, contradict, oppose in any way, and or to deny as infallible and valid in perpetuity, this Our present Apostolic Decree, let him understand that by doing so he or she will incur the wrath of God Almighty and of the Apostles St. Peter and St. Paul.

Given from Our present exile (away from Our rightful place in the Vatican City), in the 4th year of Our (visible) Pontificate, on the 18th Day of March, 2024 AD...
