Winston Morgan to wife Helen during WW2

Around 1943 my grandfather, Winston Morgan sent an audio recording to accompany sponsored by Pepsi-Cola that converted it to an album to be played by the recipient. He was in the Marine Corps on Guadalcanal and New Guinea. That recipient was my grandmother Helen (Snyder) Morgan
who was at home with their newborn baby Janet.
I believe he recorded it somewhere around Bonita in the South Pacific. The audio file was sent (it appears) to San Francisco and then put onto a record and then sent to my grandmother.
I was able to take the record and converted to an audio file that I could then edit, caption and add pictures - creating this video. Please enjoy a special snapshot in time, from a very special generation.
