The Michigan State Spartans are the #9 seed in the West region, but I don’t think that they are a Tournament team. Their resume is not an NCAA Tournament resume in my opinion, but the committee thought differently. I go thorough their schedule game by game to see what the committee saw and what compelled them to put MSU into the NCAA Tournament comfortably.
