SCOTUS Scared of the First Amendment

This video covers the recent oral arguments in Missouri v Biden. The most disturbing clip was with Ketanji Brown Jackson. She has concerns that the Louisiana Solicitor General's interpretation of the First Amendment could hamstring the government in reference to influence on social media platforms. Yeah... that's the point of the CONSTITUTION!
