U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman recently ruled that banning illegal immigrants from owning a firearm violates the Second Amendment. During this episode I'll review her decision and discuss why a a restriction on firearms for illegal immigrants is not a libertarian position, a constitutional one, or even practical.
