Special Episode 2 : Live Oral Arguements Bianchi v. Brown

Live stream of the oral arguments before the Fourth Circuit En Banc for Bianchi v. Brown, which is Maryland's "Assault Weapon" ban, that had been waiting for an opinion at the 3 judge panel, for over 2 years since the NYSRPA v. Bruen decision was handed down by the US Supreme Court, when they also granted cert in this case, vacated the lower court's ruling, then remanded it back to them for a new hearing, based on Bruen. The 3 judge panel heard the case in December 2022. This past January, the full En Bac panel took the case before an opinion was released.
