Dumb DM's Of Discord - We Content Creators Get Spammed And Scammed - How I Shut Them Down!

Any streamer or content creator big and small gets spammed with random messages from random people they have never had contact with before trying to sell them assets for their stream or to get them to sign up for services that promise to help them "grow" or, better yet connect these creators to "successful people" who can help their growth. Well, I got sick of it and figured if these jerks are blowing up my inbox, I'm going to use them for content. So here we are!

As promised - here is the template I talked about in the first bit of the video:
Hi XXX! 95% of random, unsolicited DM’s and friend invites I get from people like you who have NEVER interacted with me before are from people who are looking to:
1) Sell me their services (banners, icons, alerts, thumbnails, overlays….things like that).
2) Offer to help me with my growth or
3) To connect me with a service / professional who can also help me with my growth.

You are most likely one of the above. If you are one of the above, don't waste your time or mine. The other 5% of people are people looking to collab on stream. If you’re part of the 5%, we can chat. If not, best of luck to ya.

I hope by using that you shut more of these people down, or get some funny reactions and convos of your own!
