When All Your IT Experience is Hobby Time, but You are Trying to Get an IT Job

So, in my time looking at various jobs in IT, I've run into this problem before. I kind of hated it, but now I feel like I have a better way to quantify my skills and you should, too. The other thing is sometimes we get super lazer focused on IT so much that our resumes suck, and this is to cover the things you may not always think about to help tailor the application process for the position you are trying for. The most unexpected things can lead to experience and know-how for IT positions.
