If NYC Attorney General Letitia James seizes Trump Tower, confiscates all his assets, and evicts him from his home, it would bolster Donald Trump's chances of returning to the White House in November.

This appears to be the left's primary strategy because their candidate, Joe Biden, is unable to secure votes legitimately. They resort to lawfare and manipulation of the judicial system to suppress the right of Americans to vote for their preferred candidates, by incarcerating their opponents and seizing their assets.
