Kurt Olsen on SCOTUS case: We Filed the Declarations & Motion to Expedite, READ THE EXHIBITS

Three expert declarations are appended and they include screenshots from inside the machine. Maricopa has until April 1 to respond to the motion & if they don't then the case is expedited; they have until April 14 to respond to the petition. Motion, exhibits & petition posted:

As we knew already, three pieces of evidence in the petition show Lake and Finchem have standing:
-Maricopa used altered software in 2020 & 2022, noncompliant with EAC, that directly affect how votes are tabulated
-Maricopa did NOT perform L&A tests, an express violation of state law. (They filed motion for a new trial in Trial II over this but Judge Thompson said no)
-most importantly for the country, they've uncovered the master encryption key are left unprotected and in plain text on the database. Any malicious actor can take control of the entire voting system, send "votes" to the SoS, etc

The filed Declarations were finalized last week. SCOTUS clerks will meet up, review and write a memo on the petition and motion to expedite. Earliest it could go to SCOTUS is April 12.
