In so many instances, even with the purest intentions, a person pressures another to talk when they are not ready. There's a time and place for that person to talk. Sometimes the one suffering needs time to breathe or compose themselves before having that conversation. Sometimes you aren't that person. In making statements such as "I won't be available later, you must talk now" and others only give the enemy a foothold. Even God doesn't force someone to talk. So, why should we?
I've encountered this so many times on my healing journey, and it never did me any good to talk when I wasn't ready to. Another factor in people having trust issues.

Until they're ready to talk, be careful.
