Will the Sun Stand Still? Returning to Timeless Eden

So long as the universe is expanding is time extending? And what happens then, when the sky is rolled up? Will there be no more time? Time is an illusion that exists so long as there is a cycle of change. But when we are restored to the image of God, then will we still change? To be immortal is to be without darkness or death or decay.
