3/22/24 card: jealousy

Jealousy is a fear response that robs you of joy. It is very “I centered.” Being too focused on yourself doesn’t allow space to be with others. Isn’t it better to share experiences with friends? If you find yourself feeling jealous or envious of someone else, ask yourself why. Are you afraid you can’t have what they have? Do you feel unworthy? Are you seeing yourself as some sort of victim? This is a great topic to journal on.
