Fujitsu Determine Own Witness Statements to be Inaccurate

Fujitsu Determine Own Witness Statements produced for the Post Office court cases to be Inaccurate and major concerns are again raised in a presentation which highlights further inadequacies of both the Horizon audit system as well as the tactical workaround process to try to eliminate some of the inadequacies.

The most damning revelation is the admission that past and current witness statements are inaccurate in that they are guaranteeing completeness and accuracy and this is now concluded internally within Fujitsu to not be the case.

Peter Sewell tells the Post Office Inquiry that he cannot remember being very concerned about it at the time.
