Gone are the days when a young couple could marry, buy a house, raise a couple of kids, and put up that picket fence up. Today the death of The American Dream is at those who tortured and finally killed that dream. Gone are those heady times and the blame lies squarely on the round shoulders of scheming landlords and realtors.

Not all landlords are bastards and neither are all realtors. But there are a hell of a lot of them who are and there are enough to have completely changed the landscape of the American Dream.

P.S. The recent removal of 'fixed 6%' realtor fees will go a long way with the American public and will 'shake out' many realtors who have made a bundle under the heinous practice.
