Fujitsu Manager Peter Sewell is told AGAIN about CATASTROPHIC Audit Weaknesses by a member of his team, Penny Thomas, and is asked questions by Counsel to the Post Office Inquiry.

He says that he has no recollection of these events so is instead asked questions about what he feels now and has to be pressed multiple times to say what he think should have happened in the face of such weaknesses and whether these critical problems in Horizon should have been raised at higher levels to which he appears to reluctantly agree.
