Fujitsu 'Watered Down' an important Change Request Document to REMOVE Horizon Criticism as evidence to the Post Office Inquiry shows.
The change request in either terms of the workaround process and the proposed change are substantively the same but references to the 'error prone' tactical workaround process and the need to 'water down' witness statements due to the audit vulnerabilities in Horizon are removed.
Fujitsu Manager Peter Sewell is pointedly asked 'what is the point in your job?' as he claims that the extent of his involvement as a manager, and a specific 'change owner', in this request was to 'listen to people'.
