Fujitsu Conclude Insufficient Evidence for Horizon Investigation
Fujitsu Conclude there is Insufficient Evidence for a full Horizon Investigation in evidence shown to the Post Office Inquiry.
Despite previously halting ARQ requests and witness statements provided to the Post Office in light of issues raised at branches where Horizon transactions are being 'lost', following a meeting there is a conclusion that there is insufficient evidence for a full investigation into the Horizon audit process and instead suggests some follow up actions including reviewing the wording of witness statements.
Peter Sewell, in charge of the team providing evidence to the Post Office, provides his recollections of the actions prior to and following this decision.
