Fujitsu HALT Post Office Data Requests Amid Horizon Concerns in evidence shown to the Post Office Inquiry and discussed with former Security Operations Manager at Fujitsu Peter Sewell.

Peter Sewell says that he remembers the incident being discussed and the meetings attended and says that the issues raised with 'lost' transactions in Horizon did concern him and that is why they took the decision to halt ARQ requests from the Post Office and pause writing witness statements whilst it was investigated in 2008.
