Post Office Lawyer says he cannot explain in MINUTE detail

Post Office Lawyer Jarnail Singh says that he cannot explain in MINUTE detail why the witness statement provided by Gareth Jenkins from Fujitsu doesn't meet the criteria of an expert report but nethertheless seems to agree that it does not.

Additionally, he says that he is unsure of the instruction given to Gareth Jenkins for meeting with the defence's expert beyond an email where he informs him to meet with him and let him know once it's happened.

He explains that without further context it is difficult for him to answer the questions any further.
