Post Office MISHANDLING of critical known Horizon bugs Disclosure Request to Fujitsu recommended by Warwick Tatford could have resulted in Fujitsu not disclosing all the known errors with the Horizon system to Post Office as part of the evidence for Seema Misra's trial due to a MISCOMMUNICATION of who the request was directed to - Gareth Jenkins or Fujitsu.

Whilst initially the disclosure request is missed entirely, a conversation between Warwick Tatford and Jon Longman referenced in a key email seems to have flagged it but a subtle change of words and 'casual handling' of the case may have led to omissions.
