Post Office Lawyer Jarnail Singh regarded Defence Requests for evidence relating to previous subpostmaster prosecution cases and evidence of bugs with Horizon as UNREASONABLE and UNNECESSARY and hopes to find a quick solution by asking Warwick Tatford for his advice.
Email exchanges between the two are analysed and Jarnail Singh says that he cannot now recall why such requests would have been unreasonable or unnecessary.
Advice is issued suggesting that Fujitsu is asked some questions but did the Post Office look through the documentation they had?
