Post Office Lawyer VAGUELY aware of Expert Reports

Post Office Lawyer Jarnail Singh admits that he's only VAGUELY aware of the requirements for Expert Reports in response to Jason Beer KC at the Post Office Inquiry.

Jason Beer goes through a number of requirements for expert reports which Jarnail Singh says he's aware of 'in general terms' and would have looked into it further if he'd ever instructed an expert in a Post Office prosecution case.

Despite the 'sophisticated' Horizon system being hard to understand, he doesn't recall having required expert witnesses in any Post Office prosecution case of a subpostmaster.
