Did The Masorites Insert the Tetragrammaton into the Old Testament?

The original file is of two debates, back-to-back. I merely isolated the portion from the first debate where Rawchaa asserted that the Masorites inserted in the Bible the Tetragrammaton (which is, YHWH). James white deftly sweeps that aside and Rawchaa agrees. And then two-seconds later said it again.
