Post Office Lawyer REVERSED the Burden of Proof!

Post Office Lawyer Jarnail Singh has it put to him that he REVERSED the Burden of Proof back onto accused subpostmasters and asked why he didn't request crucial audit data from Fujitsu to prove whether a loss had even occurred!

He does admit that he was wrong to do this but despite saying that he had read the Court of Appeal's judgement in Jo Hamilton's case was still suggesting in October 2023 that it was down to the Defence to request the evidence that they wanted rather than for the Post Office to proactively obtain it as part of a thorough investigation.
