Developing https://github.com/dashhive/wallet-ui, a new web wallet for the Dash Crypto Currency

Bring error messages (especially those from API endpoints) to the surface and display them either in a dialog if they are a response to a user action, or as a Toast-like notification if it is passive functionality that happens behind the scenes.

Update dashwallet to hopefully resolve max-send issue.
