Shawarma sauce:
Sesame seeds (White til)2 tbsp
garlic cloves 4-5
vinegar 1 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
mayonnaise 1/2 Cup
salt 1/4 tsp
black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
oregano 1/4 tsp
olive oil 1-2 tbsp

Salad:
bell peppers 1 cup
onion Slices 1/2 Cup
lettuce/chinese Cabbage
pickled gherkins
