How to fix Snagit error: "Snagit does not support GIF or MP4 after recording a video

You record a video with Snagit. Then you go to view it and it is gone and you receive error message: Cannot open file. Snagit does not support GIF or MP4 files with dimensions greater than 3840x2160 or less than 64x64". The issue is mot likely related to the Nvidia graphics in your PC.
