Post Office Investigator REFUSES to accept OVERTURNED Conviction!

Raymond Grant, former Post Office Investigator tells the inquiry he REFUSES to accept a subpostmasters OVERTURNED Conviction and still regards him as guilty of the embezzlement charge that he brought against him as a principle investigator in the Paible Post Office prosecution case - one of many private prosecutions launched by the Post Office during the Post Office Scandal.

Whilst trying to evade the question, he finally shares his view that the conviction should have not been overturned and he still regards William Quarm as guilty. William Quarm died at the age of 69 in 2012.
