Gareth Jenkins, a Fujitsu employee asked to give a witness statement isn't comfortable with some of the text contained within. So much so, he shares his worries with managers that the statement is now 'useless'.

Useless for what though exactly? Surely the usefulness of witness statements directly correlates to the truth contained within them? The outcome should always be justice - whether or not that results in a prosecution.
