Pork chops so delicious my husband begs me to make them every day! Simple recipe
It's so easy and delicious, this recipe is sure to find a spot on your menu. You don't need much time to prepare these pork chops and you'll have an unforgettable delicious lunch or dinner on the table. The whole family will love these succulent, pan-fried chunks of meat with mushroom sauce. Combined with cabbage pancakes, it is a delicious accompaniment to a meat dish. Cook with love! Ingredients and preparation:
4 pork chops (900g)
Salt
Be sure to salt the fat layer
Black pepper
On both sides
Heat a frying pan well
30 grams of butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fry the pork chops over medium heat
The frying time depends on the size of the chop
I seared them for about 8 minutes on each side, gradually reducing the heat to avoid burning the meat
7-10 mushrooms
Don't forget to brown the layer of fat
Place on a plate and cover with foil
Fry the mushrooms until golden brown
If necessary, add olive oil
1 onion
Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes
3 cloves of garlic
Fry the garlic for about 1 minute
1 ½ tablespoons flour
Stir well and sauté for 1-2 minutes
330 ml hot chicken stock (or other stock)
Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes
Salt
Black pepper
Put the pork steaks back in the pan
Fry for 3 to 5 minutes
Add parsley and the dish is ready
As a side dish, I suggest making cabbage pancakes
300 g white cabbage
Douse with boiling water
Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes
½ large onion
Fry soft
1-2 cloves of garlic
Fry for another 30 seconds and then remove from the heat
Drain the cabbage and let cool slightly
Add the onions
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
black pepper
2 small eggs (or 1 large egg)
35 g wheat flour (2-2 ½ tablespoons flour)
Mix well
Heat frying pan with frying oil
Fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes over medium heat
Serve with sour cream or yogurt
