Discovering Local in Northern/Central Florida

Since I have sold my seasonal funky little food shack ‘The KShack’ in upstate NY … I am now living full time in northern Fl.
As I figure out my ‘Chapter 3’ I love to discover my local farmers, communities, arts, places here in the state of Florida!

I spend my other side of life riding motorcycles, training the Navy and Marines basic and advanced trainings throughout the southeast corridor.

Whether by car or motorcycle and soon to be my new remodeled kitchen … I wish to bring you some insight to the beauty of this state and surrounding southern states. There is local. There is community. There is FOOD. There is creativity. There is art. There are hard working and caring people… the more we empower and support ourselves the better off the world.
