It's Okay, Be KIND to Your YOUNGER SELF (You did The Best You Can)

We often criticize and cringe when we look back on our younger self. Cringing up to an extent is fine, as that means that you have grown as a person; but criticizing and inflicting self-hate is a little extreme.

As this puts you in a state of negative self-talk, hating your younger self which then reflects upon hating your current self. This makes it so much harder for you to show self-love or forgive yourself in the present moment and essentially elevate yourself to a higher vibrational state.

So LET GO of the past situations by forgiving your younger self and also show younger you some love; as younger YOU did the best at that given moment and it's nobody's fault for doing, being, and living in a certain way.
