Beware: The Dark Side of LUCID DREAMING (It is DANGEROUS)

Here I discuss how the practice of lucid dreaming can be very dangerous if not used properly. Your body doesn't know the difference between imagination and reality, which is why the sensations you experience in a dream feel so real until you wake up. It's only upon waking that you start to realize it isn't real, and your mind adapts to this realization.

This unknown void, where you can't distinguish between imagination and reality, should be handled with caution. It may increase the likelihood of your mind staying in that dream state, preventing you from waking up (sleep paralysis or sleep dead). Sometimes, when you do wake up, your mind is still attached to that dream reality because it has spent a considerable amount of time there, leading to distorted perceptions and potential insanity.

This concept has been discussed in several books, especially "Reality Transurfing" by Vadim Zeland.

Zeland states that if your body is not aligned with your mind and your mind is attached to another reality, your body fails to shift with your mind. Essentially, your mind stays in the other reality while your body remains in this plane. This phenomenon has been observed in asylum patients. In this video, I explain how you can apply the concept of sensations from another reality to your manifestation process.

Remember, your mind doesn't distinguish between imagination and reality. So if you can make your mind and body feel the same sensations as your desired experiences and remain in this plane without being attached to a dream state or external reality, you can manifest and shift to your highest timeline effortlessly, without any negative consequences.
