We need a return to REAL New Testament churches. 3/23/24 KY

Trace Creek Church, Mayfield, Kentucky was organized on October 2, 1824, with nine members in a house church. Now today, it is a Southern Baptist liberal leaning, "semi-woke" church emphasizing "entertainment gospel" type ministry. It is sad that many "Mega churches" have gone down this road instead of putting money into real MISSIONS, REAL PRAYER, REAL MUSIC, REAL SOUND TEACHING from God's word and REAL GOOD WORKS based on sound teaching. The performance I saw HAD NO DIRECT QUOTES from God's word, it was two hours of "story time" theatre and absolutely worthless for a presentation of the true gospel of Jesus Christ. Even sadder was to hear the pastor come up after the performance and present his lecture on "receiving Christ" also with no word of repentance and NO BIBLE VERSES to speak of. Sad, SAD and SADDER if you ask me. Romans 10:17 "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."
