Consequences of Falsely Accusing Police of Rape

On December 22, 2022, officers were dispatched in response to a disturbance. They had been informed that an intoxicated woman was behaving erratically and causing a nuisance. Shortly afterward, the woman collapsed to the floor and began acting strangely. The woman became increasingly agitated and continued screaming. The female kept abusing the cop again and again. The female was charged with aggravated menacing, criminal damage and resisting arrest.
