Happiness

Happiness is a state of emotional well-being that can be defined as a feeling of contentment, joy, or satisfaction. It can also be described as a positive evaluation of one's life and accomplishments, and is often accompanied by smiling. Happiness can be triggered by positive life experiences or thoughts, but can sometimes arise from no obvious cause.
