In trying to deflect their guilt, the West has effectively confessed it's involvement by blaming the CIA backed and funded ISIS-K. Meanwhile the CIA mouthpiece, The New York Times (https://www.nytimes.com/2024/03/25/us/politics/moscow-attack-isis.html), attempts to rewrite history by claiming "Russian ... authorities apparently did not take seriously enough public and more detailed private American warnings of imminent ISIS-K attack plotting, or were distracted by other security challenges."

It's somewhat convenient that the West is so sure ISIS was behind this terrorist attack BEFORE an investigation has concluded, but is still clueless as to who was behind Nord Stream after several investigations over a year and a half later...
