Bold Proof A Income tax is not Constitutional

if income tax was legal to take from you!! wouldn't they use the Constitution for there defense? The truth is It is not as it reads for if it were it would violate 4 other amendments. No matter what case law is used in these matters it does not out rank the US constitution. Any case law or even Supreme court decisions if they dont follow the Constitution are Null and Void on there face.
