MultiDimensional Soul Healing & Retrieval Meditation

For some reason, I had to record this meditation and get it out today. Please excuse the sound. Also note that when I tone, some sounds don't make it on the recording due to the filter out background noise setting.

-The intention of this meditation/energy process is to heal your soul at macro & quantum levels. This involves soul retrieval, healing traumas from past lives, the ancestral lineage traumas which may have impacted your physical body expression in this life resulting in disease and physical genetic pre-disposition to certain diseases.
-Heal any traumas in this current life. Trauma can be subtle and experiences that amplifies fear, sadness, guilt, and any other feelings of unworthiness that keeps resurfacing.
-Dissolve the false Black Tree of Life or 10 Tree Grid and activate the 12 Tree Grid or organic Tree of Life.
-This is likely an intense energy process so please ask yourself and higher self, if it is right for you in this moment.
-Also intend to only do as much clearing and healing as you can integrate with grace and ease. Repeat as necessary but wait several days between.
-*Note: this kind of clearing and healing might make you feel dysregulated at certain points throughout the week or notice entities or other strange beings surfacing around you. This is what is leaving you. Ask Cosmic Mother and Cosmic Father to open a portal to transit them out unless you know how to open a doorway to transit them out safely and close the doorway.
-You are the Sovereign creator of your life, and therefore, responsible for the effects and efficacy of this energy process
