UFO spotted at the Dunes: Waynoka, Oklahoma

OK everyone we are just not sure what this is...
We spotted it around 4:30 or 5:00 pm on a Saturday September 2011.
It stayed in one spot for about 45 minutes to an hour then just disappeared.
