Russia Says US is Attempting to Bail Ukraine; "Are You Sure It Was ISIS?" | Firstpost America

Russia has charged four men it says are responsible for killing at least 137 people in a terror attack in Moscow. Courtroom images and videos show suspects bandaged, swollen and bruised. The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack. However, Russia is instead pursuing a Ukrainian link.
