Cyberpunk2077 Nomad Ep74 - Diego Ramirez / Tomorrow Never Knows (No Commentary)

What exactly was the reward for getting all the tarot cards again? I mean other than some lame little dreamcatcher that Misty has sent to Vs apartment that the player almost never spends any time in?

Also found it very strange when the random crazy guy in the alley runs up and starts mouthing off, only to initiate combat out of nowhere! Is he attached to anything larger going on in Dogtown that I haven't seen yet? Or just a one-off thing when V goes down a dark alley?
