JKD KICKING FOOT WORK BY JKD SIFU MIKE GOLDBERG

JKD kicking footwork which includes the slide step shuffle and pendulum (which also can be used to retreat quickly to a safe distance whether from a kick or a punch) are a little different that other martial arts' kicking delivery systems in that JKD doesn't cross it's legs in front NOR behind rather the rear leg moves directly behind the kicking leg making it harder to detect.
