Goebbels - Total War Speech in English (AI)

In 1943, the war was going badly for Germany. Dr. Goebbels desiring to put the economy on a Total war footing needed to persuade Hitler to agree to his ideas which were opposed by the Generals. This speech was his appeal to get Germany into Total War.

This effort took 14hrs of work to obtain proper translations that capture the tone of the speech correctly and to clone the voice of Goebbels.
